UX Design Lead at Volvo Group. I work on the internal tools and B2B systems that procurement teams, suppliers, and operations depend on daily — across 14 brands, multiple geographies, and a design system that has to hold together across all of it.

Before that: agency work across e-commerce, health, and software products. The thread across both is the same — software people have no choice but to use, and the difference good research makes when someone finally pays attention to it.
